Wondering how you can enjoy your summer harvest for months? Join us for a Food Preservation at Studio Sundari Wednesday July 13th from 6-8pm! Come learn about some introductory ways you can transform summer's abundance into yummy food to enjoy all year long. Many folks think that living in Quebec makes it impossible to eat local food all year round. Actually, with a little planning, you can eat food grown around Montreal throughout the long winter! In this workshop, you’ll learn the basics of several ways to preserve food, including canning, freezing, drying, and fermentation. We will be making dill pickles together. Please bring your own cutting board and knife. Wednesday, July 13th 6-8pm Cost: $20 per person, payable at the door or online Tickets: http://bit.ly/29taWEo For more details: http://bit.ly/29zS7yi Email [email protected] for questions. |
