Our fall Urban Sustainability Skills course finished up this past week, and it was a great session! The course is an interesting mix of discussions, presentations, and hands-on activities. During the 8 weeks, we made our own applesauce, canned pickles, grew sprouts, started seedlings, and made our own cleaning products. If you missed out this semester, don't worry - classes will start again on January 26th! The 8 week Urban Sustainability Skills course will run for 2 hours each Monday at Sustainable Concordia (2nd floor of 2090 Mackay, Montreal). Registration will run until January 19th. See the workshops page for more details.
