We're gearing up to offer another session of the Urban Sustainability Skills workshop series! This interactive 8 week course is great for anyone who wants to learn more about what sustainability means and how to actually implement more socially and eco-responsible practices into daily life. Through this 8 week series of discussions and hands-on workshops, we’ll learn how to grow and preserve our own food, make our own cleaning products, build a more inclusive community, and lessen our eco-footprint. The course runs Tuesdays 6-8 pm, running from September 22nd to November 17th, 2015 at Sustainable Concordia (2090 Mackay, Montreal). The cost for students/recent grads is a sliding scale of $70-110 plus $15 for materials. For non-students/recent grads, the sliding scale is $90-130 plus $15 for materials. For a detailed course plan and registration info, please visit our workshops page. Registration closes September 20th. |
